All this will live in your editorial style guide along with branded phrases, editorial do’s and don’ts, and stylistic guidelines to keep your voice consistent across different marketing placements. Anyone should be able to read your editorial style guide and write on-brand copy.

  • I’ll develop the editorial direction for a successful marketing initiative that makes every stakeholder smile. Working collaboratively with marketing and creative or independently off a brief, I’ll provide options for editorial positioning statements, taglines, and supportive copy. Once approved, this will inform your campaign’s full editorial execution — email, ads, social … name it.

  • I’ll hit any or all of your brand’s day-to-day marketing mandatories — promo emails, content emails, lifecycle emails, landing pages, social posts, paid ads, print ads, sms/push, video/podcast scripts, partneship scripts, retail signage, zines, blog posts, direct mailers — to get your messaging where it needs to be.

  • I’ll take any copy ideas or drafts — a founder’s LinkedIn post, a CMO’s newsletter, a marketing campaign dek, a blog post — and polish them up so they adhere the brand voice guidelines while keeping a wink of personality. I’ll tighten the writing and tone, consolidate complex or vague concepts, and even expand on the work to make it compelling for your audience.

  • I’ll strategize or optimize how new and existing blog posts and landing pages can be meaningful to humans first, then flashy to bots. Using your brand’s SEO tools, I’ll write, edit, and recommend content that features strategic keywords to help boost your brand’s organic search numbers while staying true to you.

  • I’ll create names and descriptions that send your products straight to cart. I specialize in translating complex, regulated information into casual, social-friendly language, so your audience gets the care and innovation that’s gone into what you’re selling — or gifting.

  • I’ll determine your brand’s copy needs ahead of your event — invites, swag, landing page, social posts, influencer scripts, props, staging — and integrate your brand’s voice to create the vibe. Need live coverage? I can interview guests, post on-site, and write real-time recaps.
